When you become a customer of VitaminArc.se, we collect your contact information: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and, where applicable, social security number. We also collect information about delivery method, possible delivery point and IP address. The purchase agreement that we have entered into with you constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your personal data and is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our legal obligations and fulfill this agreement towards you regarding, for example, delivery and payment.
Information collected through personal contact
When you contact customer service via, for example, e-mail, telephone or chat, we collect the personal information that you provide to us. We do this to be able to answer the questions you have and to handle your case. It can e.g. be information about name, e-mail address and order number. We also collect information that you choose to provide to us regarding, for example, health conditions. If your question concerns a complaint, we will process your information in order to fulfill our obligations under current consumer law. We do this on the basis of the legal basis based on our purchase agreement with you.

We process your information to identify you as a customer, handle and deliver your order and to handle invoicing and payment. We also process your personal data to be able to help you if you contact us with questions, comments or, for example, a complaint.
Information about products and services
We use your personal information for e-mails with information about our products and services. You can revoke your consent to the receipt of newsletters, promotions and offers at any time by contacting customer service or using the unsubscribe link contained in each newsletter.
We will never disclose your information to an unauthorized party or resell it to an external party.
Who do we share personal information with?
Payment solutions Legal basis: To be able to complete the purchase agreement.
To be able to charge, handle invoices and payments, we share information with NETS payment solutions and Klarna. NETS and Klarna will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. NETS and Klarna are thus responsible for personal data for these data according to the companies’ terms. Transport company/shipping companyLegal basis: To be able to complete the purchase agreement.
Our shipping companies take part of the personal information required to be able to complete and deliver your order.
Cookies/Google/FacebookLegal basis: Balancing of interests
We share analytics data through third-party cookies for marketing and web analytics to improve our services. We do not register information about the visitor’s IP address, therefore the information about you can never be linked to your identity.
To avoid having your information saved, you can choose not to accept cookies in your browser.
Direct marketingLegal basis: Concent from customer
In order to send you information about our products and services, we use an external CRM system where we store your e-mail address. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via the link in the newsletter or by contacting our customer service.

Upon request, we may by law and government decision be obliged to disclose certain personal data, for example to the Police in connection with criminal investigations.

We may, where applicable, transfer your personal data to recipients other than those listed above if it is necessary for our business. High security and confidentiality are observed in all handling of personal data.
We may also share information with potential buyers should we sell all or part of the business or in a merger.
This is how long we save your personal information
We store personal data as long as there is a legal basis, a documented purpose for the processing or an ongoing user relationship. We have ongoing routines that ensure that we do not store unnecessary personal data and we minimize the storage time as much as possible. Normally, we save your customer information for a maximum of three years from your last customer contact. However, we save information needed under the Accounting Act, for up to eight years.

Only people with us who need to process your personal data have access to them. The providers with whom we share personal data will only process them on our behalf and do so in accordance with our instructions.

You decide over your personal information
You have the right to take note of which of your personal information is available at Vitamin Arc and request that it be deleted. If your information is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted.
Among the things that can not be deleted include data required by the Accounting Act and data required for Vitamin Arc to be able to fulfill its obligations in e.g. complaints.
