General information about orders and terms of purchase

Generally

Vitamin Arc sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden and within the European Union, as well as the rest of the world. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have received consent for your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the principal is responsible for the card. The products we sell can be used in Sweden and they have a Swedish manual or user manual when the product so requires, either in physical or digital form. Usual guarantees are given on products where a guarantee is applicable and any guarantees are valid in Sweden and only for first-time buyers. More information can be found in each product’s instructions for use.

Ordering

Ordering is done on our website Vitaminarc.se. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to email info@vitaminarc.se a completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree to the name being registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason can not be made, and if you have made several orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package.

Prices and product images

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.

The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product is reproduced. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

Vitaminarc.se reserves the right to make errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, vitamininarc.se reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

In connection with your order and / or account registration, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information or where the customer has payment remarks.

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, sound clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to vitamininarc.se or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.

Shipping and delivery

At checkout, you can choose between different shipping methods. Read more about shipping methods, prices and delivery time here.

Vitaminarc.se normally handles your order within 24 hours (weekends) from order until the product leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the product in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. Vitaminarc.se cannot provide a delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of order or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method.

To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Posten, Schenker and DHL deliver with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website. This applies, for example, to certain places with postcodes starting with 82-84, 86-89 and 91-98.

The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be times that make it impossible for us to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. Contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.

Payment

At checkout, you can choose between payment methods invoice, installment payment, card payment or direct payment.

Vitaminarc.se has the right to perform a credit check where necessary to be able to grant credit time. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the set time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date can lead to late fees and interest.

Card payment

Vitamin Arc uses an external payment exchange, Klarna. They handle card information and use technology that enables the identification of the cardholder. Klarna meets the requirements for PCI DSS and certificate issuers.

3D Secure is a collective name for the security technology that Visa and MasterCard have jointly developed for identifying cardholders when purchasing over the Internet. The cardholder has payment responsibility according to Swedish law.

Right of withdrawal and return

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA – The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. Products that are sealed due to health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken by the consumer.

Please note that food is exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. If a food is returned, it will be destroyed and charged to the customer. This also applies to uncollected and non-received packages that are returned from the shipping company to Vitamin Arc, as well as packages that are returned due to incomplete address from customer. Think about the environment and do not let your package be returned to us unnecessarily.

a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or invoice)

b) your name and contact details

c) number and names of the products desired to be returned

Vitaminarc.se must confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are returned. We recommend that the return is made with Posten varubrev or Posten Företagspaket. For international returns contact Vitamin Arc. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten’s postage table and is responsible for the product until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or free delivery.

Refund

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you advance the due date yourself, you do this on Afterpay.se or via Klarna.se. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not return shipping), but no later than within 30 days. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment, we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount on your card.

Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of a maximum of SEK 200 depending on weight if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 7-14 days (depending on shipping method) before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described above.

Complaint

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you may of course file a complaint about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow Allmänna reklamationsnämndens rekommendationer.
